One Person, One Account
Only one account is allowed per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. It is also why only one welcome bonus is allowed per household: linked accounts can be closed and balances held until the review is finished.
Your Own M-Pesa Number
Deposits must come from an M-Pesa number registered to the account holder, and withdrawals return to the same number. Payouts to third parties are not made.
Turnover Before Withdrawal
Deposited money must be staked at least once at odds of 1.1 or higher before it can be withdrawn. A deposit followed straight away by a withdrawal request is treated as a transfer rather than betting and is returned after review. Bonus funds have their own 10x requirement on top.
Identity Checks
The operator may request an ID document, a photo of the holder with it or a video call at any time, and always before a large withdrawal. The KYC page explains the documents and the 72-hour review.
